1015202530US 2005/0247022 describes a wall panel system, where panelpanels of the mother-of-pearl type are mounted on a wall bywere gradually inserted horizontally into each other from the bottom upalong the wall. The document also shows lists for interior and exterior respectivelyouter corners, which strips make it possible to apply the panel so thatit connects to wall segments with right-angled projections andrates.
PROBLEMS RELATED TO PRIOR ARTThe known solutions have their respective advantages and disadvantages.
In any case, there is no known solution, which enables onenice mounting of wall panels in corners, for example of the typedescribed in WO 2010/044728, with substantially invisiblewhere and without the need for any finishing work to cover, orotherwise hide the joints between the wall panels.
SUMMARY OF THE RECORDThe object of the present invention is to provide a solutionwhich solves the above problems and thus enables oneefficient and aesthetically pleasing installation of cost-effectiveproduced. wall panels on a wall structure.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by the initiallywritten edging, the connecting part comprising the snap-inconfigured to receive the fastener of the wallboardand thus connect the wall panel with the edging seatthe wall panel is attached to the wall structure.
This edging is advantageous because it allows a simplemounting of the wall panels- at the same time as the actual edging remains inalmost invisible in the finished wall.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the entrappingthe member a groove configured to receive the fastener of the wall skiof. This fastening member is in turn assumed to include a protrusion »to1015202530whose geometric properties are the dimensions of said trackare customized. Thus, the edging appears after mounting onthe wall structure, facing a wall panel to mount, as one alreadymounted wall panel. This of course guarantees a comfortable anduniform mounting procedure.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the track is delimitedin the snapping means of a first and a second tongue. Thethe first tongue is configured to be applied to the wall structureand is thereby fixed via continuous fastening elements, and the otherthe tongue is configured to clamp the protrusion of the wall panelfasteners to the first tongue. This achieves a secure _in-attachment of the wall panel to the edge strip, and thus also a fixationat the wall structure.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the track hasin the snap-in means a curved cross-sectional profile is configuredto receive the protrusion of the fastener while the wall skivan is angled towards the »wall structure. This is beneficial then itconsiderably facilitates the mounting of the wall panel in the edging.
According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the edgingan adapter which is formed in a second side oppositesat the first page, and spreads in the longitudinal dimension. An-the fitting part is configured to abut against a flat buildingelements of the wall structure. Such a design of the edgingis desirable as it simplifies a discreet and aesthetically pleasingmounting of the canteen next to the corner.
According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the edging takes a third and a fourth side, both of which extendin the longitudinal dimension and are mutually opposite to each other.
Furthermore, the adaptation part consists of a flat side surface, whichshows an angle of 45 degrees to the third side and an angleat 135 degrees to the fourth side. This makes it easy tomount the edging with a tight abutment against an existing wallstructure, for example in an inner corner of a room.10A15202530In particular, however, such a edging is adapted to cooperatewith another similar edging at a right-angled outer corner. Onethe first edge tist is attached here on a primary side of the corner, so that onedast (but the whole) its fitting part protrudes outside the corner. Oncorrespondingly, a second edging is attached to a secondary sidecorner, so that the edgings together form an unbroken cornerment. Based on this element, wall splices can then be attachedagainst the wall structure along the primary and along thecustomer side such an outer corner thus constitutes a suitablewalkway mounting wall panels in two directions in one room.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the adaptivethe flat side surface of the part in the first and the second edging, respectivelyconfigured to receive a joining plate for fixingthe first edging relative to the second edging. Thus, canto ensure that the corner element is formed without gaps between themboth edgings.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the edging has athickness in a dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal dimension, whichcorresponds to a thickness of the wallboard. Thus formingthe wallboard and edging after attaching the wallboard to* the wall structure by means of the edging a flat surface, which of courseis desirable in order to minimize the visibility of the joint betweenthe edging and the wallboard.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe present invention will now be explained in more detail.in particular embodiments, which are described by way of example, anddisplay to the accompanying drawings.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTIONWe refer initially to Figure 1a, which schematically illustratesmakes a proposed edging 100 configured to be attached to awall structure and thereby facilitate an 'aesthetically pleasing mon-'of a wall panel against the wall structure. Edge list 100canbe made of aluminum, plastic, wood, ~ iVlDF (MDF = MediumDensity Fibreboard), or other relatively hard material. Wall skithe van is assumed to be provided with fastening means, for example bytype, why the Edge 100 has a connecting part, for example offemale type and comprising a groove G, configured to be connected towall mounting fixtures. The edging 100 consists of an elongate oneelement, which is suitable for longitudinal adjustment in alongitudinal dimension L to an extent of the wall structure in a certaintuned dimension. "If the building boards are mounted with verticaljoints along the walls of a room are thus sawn the edging 100so that its length L becomes substantially equal to the ceiling height inmet.
Figure 1b shows a cross section of the Edge Strip 100 according to an embodimentform of the invention. Figure 2 illustrates how a wall panel B can1015202530mounted against a wall structure W1 using the proposededge strip 100. l Figure 1b shows a connecting part A1 formed ina first side 110, which extends in the longitudinal dimension L ofedging 100. The connection part A1 is configured to be connectedto a fastener in the wall panel. Connection part A1 and itsThe interaction with the fastening member will be described in more detail.below with reference to Figures 3 - 7.
Given that the wall panel B is provided with fastening means 210 by the handle.type, and the edging 100 therefore in the first page 110 has an inputsnap means with a groove G (i.e. of the female type),this groove G is suitably bounded by a first tongue 111 and asecond tongue 112. The first tongue 111 is configured toapplied to the wall structure W1 and thereby fixed via a orseveral continuous fasteners 250. The second tongue 112 isconfigured to clamp a protrusion of the wall plate B attached ~means 210 against the first tongue 111. The groove G in the connecting partlen A1 is thus adapted to receive the fastener 210 atthe wall plate B and connect the wall plate B with the edging100 so that the wall plate, so that the wall plate B in turn is attached to the edgethe strip 100 and is also fixed to the wall structure W1. 'IAccording to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the groove Gin the snap-in means a curved cross-sectional profile is configuredreceiving the protrusion of the fastener 210 whilethe wall panel B is angled towards the wall structure W1 according to whatis illustrated in Figure 2. The fastener 210 is assumed here to be integrated inthe wall panel B (for example in the manner described in WO 2010 /044728) and advantageously extends along an entire side of the walldisc B.
Figure 1b shows that the edging strip 100 has a thickness D in a di-dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal dimension L. According to a preferredembodiment of the invention corresponds to the thickness Dwith a thickness d of the wall panel B. This is advantageous,as thus the wall plate B after attachment to the wall structureW1 by means of the edging 100 together with the edging 1001015202530dar en plan yta. Provided that the edging means 100 snap-in meansis adapted to the fastening means 210 of the wall plate B according to whatis written below with reference to Figure 3 can also the joint surfacebetween the edging 100 and the wall panel B is made very small, andthus becoming virtually invisible.
Figure 3 again shows a cross section of the edging 100 according to the embodimentforms of the invention. Here 'it appears that the interceptionThe groove G of the gan has rounding boundary surfaces. which are configurablereceived the fastener 210 of the wallboard B on a mountedadvantageously, namely by the aboveangle to the wall structure W1. In addition, the dimensions areof the groove G adapted to the geometric properties ofprojection of the fastening member 210, so that after mounting a minimalplay occurs between the protrusion and the groove G.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the edging 100 comprisesIn a third side 130 and a fourth side 140 which both propagatein the longitudinal dimension L and are mutually opposite to each other.i The third page 130 is intended to be visible after assembly(and can thus be painted or wallpapered), while.the fourth side is suitable for application to the wall structure W1.
The fitting part A2 consists of a flat side surface 120, whichexhibits a first angle α1 = 45 degrees to the third side130 and a second angle or2 = 135 degrees to the fourth side140. The front side of the edging 100 (i.e. the third side130) thus forms a relatively sharp edge against the fitting partA2 surface-120. This is advantageous when mounting the edging 100with abutment against a flat building element W2 of the wall structureclean, as shown in Figure 2, since said edge during assemblyform - year to deform any minor irregularities in the corner andthereby can provide an abutment without gaps against the constructionelement W2. The specified angular ratio between the sides120, 130 and 140 are also advantageous for other reasons, whichreds below with reference to Figure-4.
Figure 4 shows how a pair of edging strips 410 and 420 according to an embodiment101520253035embodiment of the invention can be used to mount wallboards at a right-angled outer corner OC in a wall structure. A firstedge strip 410 is attached here 'by means of fastening element 251 on a primary sides1 about the corner oc. so the whole can fl rsiens 410 adaptationdei A2(but nothing more) sticks out of the very corner OC. A secondedging 420 is fixed by means of fastening element 252 in a corresponding manneron a secondary side S2 about the corner OC.
Since the corner OC is right-angled (that is, includes an angle of90 degrees) and the side surfaces 120 of the fitting parts A2 are located135 degrees beyond each side S1 and S2 coincidethe side surfaces 120 and cooperate, so that the edge strips 410 and 420together forms a corner element, which encloses the outer cornerOC without gaps. To ensure that no gaps occur in the cornerIn the element, the edging strips 410 and 420 can be joined by means ofa joining plate 610 (see Figure 6) before attachingcorner OC. In any case, based on the corner elements, then attach wall panels to the wall structure along bothprimary side S1 as' the secondary side S2 in a manner such asdescribed below with reference to Figures 5 and 6.
Figure 5 illustrates a generally proposed assembly procedure forwall panels in a room using the edging according to the inventionningen. We assume here that the room has a right-angled outer corner OC.
The assembly begins with a pair of edgings 410 respectively420 is attached to the corner OC as described above withreference to Figure 4. Thereafter, assembly continues withbringing 'a first wall panel B1 along the primary side S1in a first mounting direction M1 and fitting a secondwall panel B2 along the secondary side S2 in a second mountingring direction lVi2 as shown by the arrows in Figure 6. Asmentioned above, it is advantageously flat A2 of the adapterside surface (120) in the first edging 410 and the second, respectivelythe edge strip 420 is configured to receive a joiningsheet 610, so that the first edging 410 is fixed relative to itsecond edging 420, preferably before edging 410 and 420attached to the corner OC. This allows you to ensure that1015202530there are no gaps between the edgings 410 and 420.
Accordingly, the edge strips 410 and 420 suitably comprise the sidesurface 120 a respective recess configured to receive the samethe joining plate 610 as shown in Figure 6.
Figure 5 illustrates the fact that the mounting of the wall panelsbegins at the outer corner OC with a framed reference numeral 1.
The two mounting directions M1 and M2 then meet at oneappropriate interruption in the room, such as at the door opening 520. -When, when mounting a certain wall panel Bn, a right-angledinner corner of the room, as illustrated in Figure 5 with an internal.mad reference numeral 2, is adapted (i.e. cut) wall-the plate Bn vertically, so that the wall plate Bn reaches the currentlay the corner as shown in Figure 7. Then attach an edging100 against the wall panel Bn in the manner described above withreference to Figure 2, whereupon the assembly continues with awall plate B (n + 1), and so on. At a possible window510 or a door opening 520, the wall panels are adapted before mounting.to the dimensions of the window 510 and the door opening 520, respectively, andplacement in the usual way. The wall panels are then attached alongwith the window and door frame and fasteners covered respectivelyusual way with feed. 'If the room has more than one outer corner, the assembly is finishedeach of these corners OC and meet at appropriate interruptionsin the room, such as at doorways or windows,If the room does not have an outer corner OC, installation begins atapparent inner corner in the manner shown in Figure 2. Attached herehowever, also a second edging in the corner against the wall structureW2. The assembly then continues in both directions and meets ata suitable. interruption in the room, such as at a doorway.
According to the invention, during assembly, both the edging 100front side (the third side 130) provided with the wall panel Bthe final cladding surface as a desired wallpaper and / orother surface treatment in the form of paint.10The invention is not limited to the embodiments requiredwritten with reference to the figures but can be varied freely withinthe scope of the appended claims.
